RMDY now offers Remote Supervised Tele-ART for Inbound Travellers Entering Singapore

If you are currently overseas and planning to travel to Singapore, or been stuck in Singapore for the past 2 years and finally planning a much-needed holiday abroad, there’s some good news for you. As of 19th March 2022, remote supervised tele-ART is now valid for travel into Singapore!

One of the biggest headaches when planning your return trip to Singapore is arranging for your pre-departure test. It can be challenging to find a clinic that offers pre-departure testing in the country you’re in, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area or if there are language difficulties. Also, you need to set aside time to visit the clinic, which is not really a place you want to be while on holiday. Even worse, you may end up missing your flight if you are unable to get your test done in time, which then leads to unnecessary extra costs.

RMDY Clinic is now offering Remote Supervised Tele-ART for inbound travellers entering Singapore.

Book your appointment with us today and enjoy the rest of your trip knowing that we’ve got your pre-departure testing sorted. All you need is an ART test kit and your smartphone ready to make a video call with us, and we’ll handle the rest:

  • We will notarise your ART result and you will receive a digital notarised HealthCert with a QR code that can be used immediately for travel.

  • ART result will be uploaded into the Ministry of Health’s Patient Risk Profile Portal, so an official record will be made even before you arrive into Singapore.

RMDY offers the following options:

  • Single Supervised Tele-ART

  • 2-way Supervised Tele-ART

  • Outbound Supervised In-Clinic ART + Inbound Supervised Tele-ART

For fees and more information, read more on our Tele-ART page.

Before you start making plans, here are some important things to note about Overseas Tele-ART:

  • Firstly, Overseas Tele-ART is only applicable to travellers entering from the following countries or regions: USA, Australia, European Union, India and the Middle East. For the full list of countries, please refer to the FAQs section here.

  • Next, only Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Work Pass Holders can use Overseas Tele-ART. Presently, short term visitors to Singapore are not able to do so.

If you have any further questions at all, feel free to contact us. We look forward to serving your COVID-19 related health needs.
