The following corporate medical insurance plans are accepted at RMDY Clinic. Kindly bring along the relevant company/ personal identification documents on every visit for verification.

We accept all hard-copy insurance forms for purposes of medical reimbursement. The forms can be completed by our doctor at the end of the consultation. Please remember to bring a claim form with you on your first visit.
