Prepare your medical information before your appointment, eg. current health conditions, symptoms, medications, allergies, and recent admissions or treatments.

Choose a quiet, bright, private space with good internet connectivity. This may be a bedroom or a private meeting room. Face a light source, so your face can be clearly seen. Use Wi-Fi instead of mobile data for a more stable connection.

Prepare to verify your identity. Our staff will verify your identity prior to your consultation. You will be asked to show your photo identification (e.g. NRIC/EP/WP).

Be aware of your current location. You will need to provide your location details in case emergency services need to be directed to you.

  • If our doctor determines that an MC is required, MOH-approved DigiMCs can be issued to you via SMS and email.
