As we continue to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic, Antigen Rapid Test (ART) Testing has become integral to our daily lives, allowing us to protect ourselves, our loved ones and our community.

RMDY Clinic provides in-clinic Supervised ART Testing.

We proud to be approved and listed by the Ministry of Health as a clinic ART provider.

Supervised In-clinic ART is suitable for:

  • Pre-departure from Singapore. Please check your destination country’s testing requirements and ART result validity.

  • Pre-event testing in Singapore. Result is valid for 24 hours

  • Official confirmation of your ART status with the Ministry of Health (if not feeling well or have self-tested ART positive at home)

If you are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms, you may wish to consider our Tele-ART service instead.

The fee for Supervised In-clinic ART is $32.40 (inclusive of GST).

 

What to know about Supervised ART Testing

  • If you wish to book an appointment for more than one person (eg. for yourself and other family members), please inform us in advance.

  • Patients of all ages are welcome. 

  • As the validity period of the ART result varies according to the purpose of testing, please book your appointment according to the time you require the test to be done.

  • For pre-departure testing, we will notarise your ART result on your behalf. You will receive a digital notarised HealthCert with a QR code that can be used for travel.

Here’s how the process goes:

  1. Book an appointment with us or contact us via Whatsapp, call or email. Do state the purpose of your ART testing.

  2. Our friendly staff will contact you to confirm your appointment.

  3. For travellers doing pre-departure testing, please provide us or bring along your passport and travel details.

  4. Swab test result will be ready within 15 minutes.

  5. Receive your results via email or SMS from the Health Promotion Board within 4 hours. Your results will be automatically uploaded in the TraceTogether and HealthHub app.

    • Pre-departure testing for outbound travellers (kindly note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your destination country accepts ART tests as part of their entry requirements)

    • Pre-event testing in Singapore

    • Official confirmation with MOH. (Applies to low-risk individuals with mild symptoms, or asymptomatic and self-tested positive at home)

    • Higher-risk individuals (e.g. elderly, immunocompromised etc.) or unwell with severe ARI symptoms. For such patients, please visit a SASH or PHPC clinic via private transport or request for a Telemedicine (TM) consult via a TM provider. You may refer to this link here.

    • Nosebleed in the past 24 hours.

    • Nasal surgery in the last 4 weeks.

    • Facial surgery in the last 8 weeks.

  • Yes, you may walk in without a prior appointment. However, we may have to serve other patients who have made prior appointments before attending to you. To avoid any unnecessary waiting time, we recommend that you contact us before dropping by.

  • The fee is $32.40 (inclusive of GST) and consists of 1x ART test kit (HSA-approved for professional use).

    If the ART result unfortunately shows up as positive, you may arrange to see our doctor for a consultation. If required, medications can be prescribed to you (consultation and medication fees apply).

  • Your ART Test result will be sent over by email or SMS within 2 hours. It will be sent by HPB and will also be automatically reflected in your TraceTogether and HealthHub app.

  • Yes. You will receive a digital notarised HealthCert with a QR code that can be used for travel.
